Work you'll do
As a Consultant you will be participate in:
- Supporting client engagements focused on manufacturing operations, supply chain transformation, and value chain improvement
- Analyzing processes, operating models, and system capabilities to identify efficiency, quality, and performance improvement opportunities
- Designing and implementing solutions that improve production planning, material flow, visibility, and traceability
- Collaborating with operations leaders, plant managers, and information technology teams to align business and technology requirements
- Developing analyses, process documentation, deliverables, and implementation support materials for transformation programs

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, operations, or consulting
- 1 years of experience analyzing business processes, operational workflows, or value chain performance
- 1 years of experience supporting implementation of enterprise technology, digital, or analytics-enabled solutions
- Experience developing process documentation, business requirements, or client deliverables
- Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- 2 years of experience in manufacturing transformation, supply network operations, or plant operations improvement
- Experience with enterprise resource planning, manufacturing execution systems, or supply chain planning platforms
- Experience with data analysis, dashboarding, or reporting tools used to support operational decision-making
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders across operations, supply chain, and information technology

Salary : $91,100 - $179,500
