Strategic Communications Senior Consultant, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation, TS/SCI with Poly

Work You'll Do

As a Project - Workforce Program Support Senior Consultant on the project, you will:

• Develop and execute strategic communications plans to support talent and performance management programs and change initiatives.
• Create communications materials and program resources, including emails, briefs, white papers, newsletters, speeches, videos, and implementation plans.
• Manage program inboxes and coordinate across workstreams to provide timely, clear responses to stakeholder inquiries and client requests.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis and audience segmentation to inform engagement strategies and tailor communications to target audiences.
• Identify communications risks, issues, and dependencies; recommend mitigation strategies; and update standard operating procedures, job aids, training materials, and business rules while driving process improvements and automation.

Qualifications

Required:

• 5 years of experience
• 2 years of human capital and/or program support experience with developing and delivering strategic communications and stakeholder engagement strategies
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required
• Bachelor's degree
• Ability to be on site 100% of the time in Washington, D.C.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred:

• Experience developing and delivering foundational communications and training materials for Talent Management Systems
• Experience supporting change management efforts with organizational change implementations; understanding of change principles and methodologies with the ability to define a flexible, unique approach based on the business need and working environment
• Project management, planning, performance metrics and reporting

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Washington DC, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to Washington DC and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $97,700 to $162,800.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
