Work you'll do
As a Firm Enterprise Solutions Associate Director, Controllership on the Controllership team, you will be responsible for
- Leading accounting and controllership activities that support accurate financial reporting for the US Firms
- Advising stakeholders on accounting policy, transaction review, and financial statement impacts
- Overseeing accounting processes, reconciliations, and close activities to support completeness and accuracy
- Identifying process improvement opportunities and helping implement changes that strengthen controls and reporting
- Collaborating with Finance & Administration and cross-functional teams on accounting issues, governance, and compliance matters
- Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required
- 10 years of experience in controllership, corporate accounting, financial reporting, or technical accounting
- Ability to travel 0-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
- Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Experience supporting a professional services or multi-entity organization
- Experience with SAP and BlackLine
- Experience with process improvement, automation, or controls optimization
- Experience partnering with finance, tax, legal, and business stakeholders on accounting matters
- Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, or other complex transactions
- Experience preparing, reviewing, or overseeing financial statements, journal entries, account reconciliations, and close activities
- Experience applying United States Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP)
