Job Summary
As a Warehouse Associate at Carrier Enterprise, you will manage daily warehouse operations, including picking and verifying orders, loading and unloading products, and maintaining inventory control using advanced warehouse technology. You will play a key role in ensuring the timely and efficient distribution of HVAC products. This position is eligible for performance-based bonuses and incentives.
Duties And Responsibilities
This role may require occasional travel to various locations for training sessions, professional development opportunities, meetings, or other work-related activities. Candidates should be prepared to travel, with advance notice provided whenever possible or as it relates to their specific role
Receive and document merchandise for delivery or return
Load and unload delivery vehicles efficiently
Maintain an accurate inventory of all products entering or exiting the warehouse
Uphold Environmental Health and Safety standards
Scan products to ensure accurate and timely shipping
Collaboration with internal customers (Store Associates and Sales Managers) for product delivery
Deliver exceptional customer service to external customers (mechanical contractors, dealers, owners)
Qualifications And Requirements
Proven experience in warehouse operations, preferably within the HVAC or similar distribution industry
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal (team building) skills
Strong commitment to customer service and maintaining a safe working environment
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Exceptional multitasking abilities and attention to detail
