Work You’ll Do
As a Project- Consultant, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the foreign investment analysis team, you will be responsible for…
- Conducting open-source research and analysis of foreign investment transactions and companies that may present national security risks
- Assessing transaction impacts related to protected technology, sensitive data, proximity, and supply assurance
- Preparing analyses and recommendations for Department of Defense stakeholders and the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States review process
- Coordinating with defense stakeholders, technical specialists, and other government partners to identify mitigation requirements
- Supporting the development, documentation, and monitoring of mitigation and national security agreement requirements

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Active TS/SCI security clearance required
- 1 years of experience conducting open-source research and analysis of foreign investment transactions, companies, or ownership structures
- 1 years of experience assessing national security risks involving protected technology, sensitive data, proximity, or supply assurance
- 1 years of experience preparing written analyses, findings, or recommendations for government, defense, or regulatory stakeholders
- 1 years of experience coordinating with Department of Defense stakeholders, technical subject matter specialists, or interagency partners
- Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
