Our Deloitte Strategy & Transactions team helps guide clients through their most critical moments and transformational initiatives. From strategy to execution, this team delivers integrated, end-to-end support and advisory services covering valuation modeling, cost optimization, restructuring, government operations modernization, business design and transformation, infrastructure and real estate, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and sustainability. Work alongside clients every step of the way, helping them navigate new challenges, avoid financial pitfalls, and provide practical solutions at every stage of their journey—before, during, and after any major transformational projects or transactions.
Work You’ll Do
- Help our clients make infrastructure decisions and manage real property projects
- Increase accountability, transparency, and supportability throughout the asset management lifecycle
- Build suitable structures, systems, and controls so that our clients can deliver capital projects and manage real property portfolios with confidence
- Assist with organizations plan, manage and control project cost and schedule through construction auditing, schedule analysis and litigation support
- Deploy construction analytics to help our clients harness data to create insights in digestible and actionable form
- Contribute to new business proposals and proposal development
- Manage own personal and professional development; seeks opportunities for professional growth and expansion of consulting skills and experiences

Qualifications
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management or related field
• 2 years of construction industry related experience
•1 year(s) of experience analyzing project cost, schedule management, or physical asset management using construction industry techniques and software applications
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
•Ability to perform job responsibilities within in a hybrid work model that requires professionals to co-locate in person 2-3 days per week
• Ability to travel up to 40% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
Preferred
- Previous Professional Services Firm or Big 4 experience
- Currently certified as a EIT, PE, AIA, PMP, PSP, CCM and/or related industry certifications
- MBA or Masters in a relevant field
- Experience/Familiarity with P6 and/or Microsoft Project scheduling software, data analysis and visualization tools, etc.
