The Recreation Attendant plays a key role in creating memorable guest experiences through engaging recreational activities and exceptional service. This position is responsible for assisting guests with pool, recreation, and family entertainment center amenities while ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate is energetic, guest-focused, and passionate about resort activities and hospitality.

What You’ll Do
- Greet and engage with guests, provide information on recreation programs, activities, and amenities.
- Assist guests with equipment, towels, and recreational supplies.
- Monitor pool and recreation areas to ensure safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
- Set up and tear down activity areas, games, and events.
- Oversee use of recreation equipment; ensure cleanliness, functionality, and proper storage after use.
- Maintain inventory of recreation supplies and replenish as needed.
- Clean recreation facilities, remove trash and soiled linens, and follow safety protocols.
- Promote resort activities and encourage guest participation.
- Communicate guest concerns or maintenance issues to supervisors promptly.
- Assist with concessions as needed.
- Complete other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager.
Who You Are
- Experience in hospitality or guest services preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic English communication skills required.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a guest-facing environment.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a guest-focused environment.
- Must be dependable, energetic, and comfortable working indoors, outdoors or around water.
