Dells Nursing and Rehab Center is looking for a caring, positive individual to be apart of our dietary department. Works under the dietary manager. We are looking for a cook who is dedicarted to providing top-quality care and service to our residents. This individual will prepare meal according to the cycle menu and modifications breakdown. Thaws meat, prepares meals and maintains high standards of following sanitary procedures. Assists in the establishment of standardized recipes and portion sizes. Responsible for the cleanliness of work area and equipment in a safe, clean, ventilated kitchen.
