Cook Job Responsibilities
*Prepare meals according to planned menus including special diets
*Follow recipe directions
*Prep, pull, and stock inventory as needed
*Customer service with a smile and positive attitude
*Ability to work as a team member and treat job with a sense of responsibility.
*Responsible for maintaining a safe & clean environment by adhering to regulations.
*Cook is in charge of kitchen management in absence of dietary manager
*Oversee dietary aide and help to maintain time management
Requirements
*HS Diploma or GED
*Positive attitude
*Good communication skills
*Good attendance record
*Must be able to work every other weekend and holiday
