Based out of our Mount Joy terminal, our drivers operate company-provided delivery vans and complete local routes serving homes and businesses throughout the surrounding communities. Every day brings a new route, new customers, and the satisfaction of finishing what you started.

Position Details
- Full-time employment
- Typical schedule: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- 40 hours available each week
- Overtime paid after 40 hours
- Weekly direct deposit payroll
- Paid training and onboarding
Starting Compensation
- Starting pay: $23.75 per hour
- Weekly pay schedule
- Performance incentive opportunities available
What You'll Do
- Safely operate a company-provided delivery van
- Complete assigned local delivery routes
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial customers
- Utilize company-provided navigation and delivery technology
- Maintain delivery accuracy and productivity standards
- Provide professional customer service throughout the day
- Follow all company safety procedures and driving standards

Minimum Qualifications
- At least 21 years of age
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Safe driving habits and professional attitude
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds when necessary
- Previous delivery experience is welcome but not required
