Schedule & Compensation

• Full-time employment opportunity
• Typical shift: 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM
• 40 hours available weekly
• Overtime paid after 40 hours
• Starting pay: $23.75 per hour
• Weekly direct deposit payroll
• Performance-based incentive opportunities available
• Paid training and onboarding provided

What You’ll Do

• Operate a company-provided delivery van
• Complete assigned residential and business delivery routes
• Deliver packages safely, accurately, and efficiently
• Use company-provided navigation and delivery technology
• Maintain dependable attendance and arrive prepared for scheduled shifts
• Provide professional service at customer delivery locations
• Follow company safety procedures and vehicle operating standards
• Work safely in changing weather and road conditions

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Valid driver’s license required
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Commitment to safe and responsible driving
• Comfortable working independently throughout the day
• Ability to lift and handle packages weighing up to 50 lbs as needed
• Previous delivery or logistics experience is helpful but not required
