Deliverbees College is currently seeking student movers for CLEMSON move ins JULY 31st to AUGUST 17th. Candidates will work in teams of two per truck and must efficiently carry out assigned duties according to the schedule under the guidance of a team leader. This position requires interacting with customers and collaborating with a team to pick up, store, and deliver items in an organized manner.
The work is on a contracted, part-time, and temporary basis.
Qualifications:
- Effective communication skills and strong customer service abilities
- Capability to lift heavy objects (boxes and furniture weighing between 50-100 lbs.) and engage in physical tasks for extended periods
- Attention to detail and accurate adherence to instructions
- Punctuality and reliability for assigned shifts
- Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean record (required for driver positions)
Responsibilities:
- Operate moving vans and trucks on campus and to the storage facility if required
- Load items onto trucks using proper lifting methods
- Adhere to delivery schedules and routes for punctual and efficient service
- Unload and arrange orders at the storage facility
- Deliver exceptional customer service by treating all customers with respect
- Coordinate tasks and ensure smooth operations by communicating effectively with team members
- Follow safety protocols and regulations when handling students' belongings and operating vehicles
Pay: $15.00 per hour
