We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Baker. This role is essential in ensuring the quality and presentation of our baked goods and food products. Baker Duties
- Assist in the preparation of various bread items, adhering to recipes and food safety standards.
- Participate in the packaging of finished bread products for client specification, maintaining quality control throughout the process.
- Support food production activities, including baking, cooking, and assembling dishes.
- Provide excellent team work by engaging with other departments and addressing their needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the kitchen area, following all food safety protocols.
- Utilize knife skills and bread manipulation skills effectively for food preparation tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations during busy periods.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the bakery industry or culinary field is preferred.
- Strong baking and pastry experience, with knowledge of baking bread
- Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations.
- Experience in preparing bread products in a combi is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively
- Proven kitchen experience, demonstrating an understanding of baking methods and food production processes.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $16.50 per hour
