Fast Food Team Member

Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Fast Food Team Members to join our dynamic quick service restaurant. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional customer service while efficiently preparing and serving food in a fast-paced environment. Duties

• Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cashiering, and sales transactions.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service, taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food preparation areas, dining spaces, and kitchen stations.
• Assist with food safety practices, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures.
• Support team members with bussing tables, restocking supplies, and ensuring a clean environment at all times.
• Manage time effectively to ensure quick service without compromising quality.
• Engage in food preparation tasks such as cooking, assembling sandwiches or salads, and maintaining kitchen equipment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or a quick service & fast food restaurant is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Good communication abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends, holidays.
