Education & Qualifications: Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum of 18 years of age to comply with Child Labor Laws. A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience within the department is strongly preferred. Management and/or leadership experience is preferred. Must be organized, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and have the ability to follow and enforce policies and procedures. Must be committed to providing excellent customer service. Starting rate of pay is $13.00/hour.
Essential Functions:
- Set up Food Stand to begin Daily Operations.
- Enforce Company and Department Policies/Procedures.
- Complete Work Schedule for Team Members and Team Leaders.
- Train Team Members and Team Leaders on how to carry out Daily Tasks and Responsibilities.
- Monitor Breaks and Job Assignments according to child labor laws.
- Prepare and Serve Food/Drinks according to department policies and procedures.
- Ensure Proper Food Quality, Safety, and Presentation.
- Communicate Product, Equipment, or Team Member issues to Director or Assistant Director.
- Order Inventory Supplies needed for Daily Stand Operations.
- Use or Operate Food Service Tools and Equipment.
- Clean Department Areas, Tools, and Equipment.
- Resolve Customer or Team Member Issues.
- Attend Department Meetings.
- Complete Company Food Service Safety Training.
Other Responsibilities:
- Maintain and Protect Team Member and Customer Confidentiality.
- Report to Work at Assigned Time.
- Work Independently or in a Team Atmosphere.
- Adhere to Dress Code Policy.
- Provide Excellent Guest Service.
- Maintain an Organized Work Environment.
- Must work in various weather and environmental conditions including but not limited to Direct or Indirect Sunlight, Heat, Humidity, Rain, Hail, Cold.
