What are the responsibilities and job description for the House Manager position at DeLeon & Bellavia Law?
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented House Manager to help manage daily household tasks for two homes located across the street from each other in the Monmouth County area.
Position Details:
- W-2 employee, paid hourly
- Approximately 20 hours per week to start, schedule to be set collaboratively (work hours will be distributed Monday through Friday)
- Opportunity for full-time hours in the future
Responsibilities Include:
- Washing, folding, and putting away all laundry
- General tidying and light household upkeep
- Monitoring household supplies and alerting when items are running low
- Periodic organization projects, such as:
- Seasonal clothing changes for children
- Toy rotations
- Clothing storage organization
- General home organization projects as needed
- Potential for light meal prepping
- Additional duties related to household management may be assigned from time to time based on operational needs
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- House manager or home organization experience preferable
- Minimum of two (2) references from prior employers
Pay: $ $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 per week
