Duties
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth shift transitions and efficient workflow

- Manage inventory control, including stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste
- Operate Toast POS systems for accurate cash handling and transaction processing
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards in kitchen and dining areas
- Monitor customer feedback to enhance service quality and resolve any issues promptly
- Support budgeting efforts by controlling labor costs and managing operational expenses
- Collaborate with management on menu updates, promotional activities, and special events like catering or banquets
Skills
- Proven experience within a quick service or fast food restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of POS systems for efficient transactions
- Excellent leadership skills with experience supervising teams in hospitality or restaurant environments
- Skilled in inventory control, food safety practices, and food handling procedures
- Ability to manage cash handling accurately and confidently
- Experience with staff training & development to foster a motivated team atmosphere
