- Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of loneliness or isolation
Skills
- Proven experience in home & community care or assisted living environments
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, or disabilities requiring specialized support
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with healthcare teams and family members
