JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Responsible to assist with the maintenance and repairs.
- Responsible for operating a power washer and cleaning areas as needed.
- Responsible to practice all safety habits as required.
- Promotes honesty and trust amongst the team.
- Promotes outstanding customer relations.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Must be able to lift fifty (50) lbs. without difficulty.
- Must be able to walk, stand, and kneel for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to work in extremes of weather and remain flexible in an environment of constant change.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule based on the business needs which includes days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
