The Opportunity
Delaware North Global Headquarters is currently seeking a Vice President, Labor Optimization to lead the enterprise-wide labor optimization transformation efforts. In this role, you will build the capabilities of a new functional team charged with improving labor efficiency and effectiveness throughout the Enterprise. You will partner with operations, finance, and functional leaders to identify the highest priority opportunities, develop labor optimization metrics, and implement solutions that deliver the most meaningful ROI for the company. The Vice President, Labor Optimization will be a change champion for the company as we transform from our labor practices to advanced labor optimization for a 40,000 distributed workforce.

Pay and Benefits
Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Salary: $158100 - $221200 / year

Responsibilities
- Responsible for strategy and execution to identify highest priority opportunities and develop solutions, and define labor standards across all operations.
- Lead a team of analysts to ensure consistency and best practices in labor optimization reporting and analytics, and solve opportunity areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with vendors to deliver labor optimization technology solutions as the platform for operations to utilize.
- Deliver measurable lower labor expenses without compromising service standards.
- Support operations and finance to improve the labor cost budgeting and review cycles.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related is required, a Master's is preferred.
- 15 years' experience including 10 years as a senior manager or executive.
- Industry experience is preferred (hospitality, entertainment, fine dining, etc.)
- Experience in areas of labor optimization including restaurants, buildings, logistics
- Experience leading within a large company, public or private ($800 Million in revenue or larger)
- Extensive experience with internal client relationship management in a complex, matrix-driven leadership structure
- Ability to travel up to 50%, including nights and weekend
