Delaware North Sportservice is seeking a dynamic and experienced Ecommerce Manager to lead its retail operations at the United Football League. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong background in e-commerce, digital merchandising, and fulfillment operations, who thrives in a fast-paced, sports and entertainment environment
Pay
Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $60,406 – $66,800 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. What will you do?
- Develop and execute the overall e-commerce strategy for the retail platform, including seasonal campaigns, product drops, and special event promotions
- Manage daily online store operations including product listings, pricing, visual merchandising, promotions, and inventory accuracy
- Collaborate with merchandise buying, marketing, creative, digital, and retail teams to align online offerings with in-arena assortments and drive integrated campaigns
- Oversee order fulfillment and customer service, ensuring timely shipping, accurate product information, and responsive issue resolution
- Monitor e-commerce KPIs, support in-venue operations, and stay current on industry trends to enhance the digital fan experience and optimize performance
More about you
- Bachelor’s degree in business, digital marketing, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of retail ecommerce management experience
- Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Big Commerce or similar
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset and the ability to translate insights into strategy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with POS systems is a plus
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required, and the ability to travel extensively to assist with operations across multiple cities
