Delaware North is hiring a Mail Room Clerk to join our Building Services team at our Global Headquarters in Buffalo, New York.

What will you do?

• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages
• Prepare outgoing shipments (labeling, packaging, scheduling pickups)
• Maintain accurate logs and tracking records
• Operate mailroom equipment (postage meters, scanners, copiers)
• Coordinate with courier services and internal departments
• Handle inquiries, requests, and present information in a professional manner 

More about you

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 years of experience in mailroom, clerical, or administrative support preferred
• Ability to sort, process, and distribute high volumes of mail accurately and efficiently
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email systems, shipping software such as FedEx/UPS)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift and move packages (typically up to 40–50 lbs)
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team 
• Work hours:  M-W 9:00 - 5:00 pm & Th-F 7:00 - 3:00 pm
