The opportunity
Delaware North Sportservice is searching for a Premium Club Manager to join our team at TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. As a Premium Suites Manager, you will oversee the operations of the suites department at TD Garden on event days, providing a memorable experience for our guests.

Pay
Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $65,500 – $88,400 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?
- Oversee premium buffet service, concessions dining, bars, in-seat service, and special events.
- Hire, lead, coach, and develop supervisors and food and beverage service staff.
- Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to team members
- Schedule, coordinate, and supervise club food and beverage operations on event days
- Collaborate with front and back-of-house management to ensure smooth and successful event execution
- Assist with menu rollouts and operational initiatives.
- Manage guest relations and uphold quality assurance standards
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and company regulations (alcohol service, OSHA, payroll, employment laws)
- Prepare monthly projections and maintain effective systems for cash handling, inventory, and payroll
More about you
- Minimum of three years’ hospitality management experience required, preferably in a high-volume setting
- Strong managerial and leading ability
- Experience with inventory, cost control, and purchasing required
- Financial management accountability and budgeting experience required
- Ability to analyze data and make decisions independently
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- No degree required
