Pay
Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $99,100 – $124,800 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. What will you do?
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition and HR Operations teams to attract, hire, and onboard new team members
- Handle employee relations matters, including conducting investigations and complaint resolution
- Ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
- Be a bridge between your local and wider HR team; advocate for consistent best practices and share knowledge unique to your location
- Develop and deliver training to new and existing team members, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of their job functions, policies, procedures, and opportunities for growth
More about you
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an HR Generalist and at least 2 years as an HR Manager
- Union experience required
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or related field preferred; PHR or SPHR certification is a plus
- Previous experience using iCIMS, Workday, or similar HRIS system
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Independent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Strong organizations skill
- Must be able to travel between both locations
**Ability to maintain flexible availability across all seven days of the week during peak season, including weekends, with scheduled days varying based on business needs. Normal work hours during off seasons
