What will you do?

• Schedule interviews and hire concessions team members; conduct training sessions in line with company policies and procedures
• Manage day-to-day operations of all concessions locations, under the guidance of the Concessions Manager
• Assist with coordinating team members and non-profit organization groups to ensure effective collaboration and operational efficiency
• Follow federal, state, and local regulations in relation to safety, hygiene, sanitation, alcohol, payroll, employment and EEO
• Ensure the cash handling and inventory levels processes are effective
• Prepare sales and operational reports as required

More about you

• Previous supervisory experience preferred 
• Ability to effectively communicate with team members and prepare written stand reports after each event
• No college degree required

Physical requirements

• Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions 
• Ability to lift stock to 50 pounds occasionally
