As a Walking Tour Guide, you will be responsible for providing a guided tour to all guests. What will you do?
- Greet and welcome guests to the tours
- Inform guests about the itinerary for each tour
- Escort guests to tour attractions and make sure they are admitted without issue
- Familiarize yourself with the layout and history of the Niagara Falls region
- Schedule and sell tours through online software
More about you
- High school diploma required
- Ability to multitask, memorize information, and think quickly
- Customer service or tour guide experience preferred
- Ability to maintain a timed schedule
- CRP certification preferred
Physical requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs
