Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a seasonal Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Niagara Falls State Park in Niagara Falls, New York. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading team members to provide exceptional guest service at our different food outlets and portable locations in the park.

What will you do?
- Assign duties to scheduled team members and assist with training
- Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations
- Communicate operational needs with management
- Engage in daily operations to ensure efficient guest service
- Assist in BOH and FOH operations which can include inventory, production, food safety, and flow of service
- Assist guests, stock shelves, count inventory, and perform team, member duties when necessary
More about you
- Experience working in a hospitality environment required
- Minimum of 2 years’ of supervisory experience preferred
- Must be able to implement rules and hold team members to company standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- No college degree required
Physical requirements
- Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
- Ability to lift stock up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ablity to work outdoors or in variable temperatures depending on the season
