What will you do?
- Set up the buffet before service begins
- Keep the buffet area clean and organized
- Remove used dishes and clean tables when required
- Monitor food quality and notify kitchen staff when items need replenishing
More about you
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a runner or busser
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication skills
Physical requirements
- Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
- Ability to maneuver between tables and around corners
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
