Duties
- Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently to maintain a clean and inviting dining area
- Assist servers by delivering food orders accurately and promptly from the kitchen to guests’ tables
- Maintain cleanliness in dining areas, including sweeping, wiping down surfaces, and organizing utensils and condiments
- Support the kitchen staff with basic food handling tasks as needed, ensuring safety and hygiene standards are met
- Buss tables by removing used dishes, glassware, and trash to uphold a tidy environment
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and guest needs
- Provide friendly, attentive customer service by responding to guest requests courteously and promptly
Skills
- Strong cleaning skills with an eye for detail to maintain cleanliness standards in dining areas and workspaces
- Experience in bussing or food service roles within restaurants or catering environments is preferred
- Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members
- Knowledge of food handling procedures, safety standards, and hygiene practices in the food industry
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining a positive attitude
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel service, or the food industry is a plus
