What will you do?
- Changing light bulbs, replacing fixtures, and performing similar minor electrical tasks
- Plumbing work includes opening clogged drains, repairing leaks, and performing other simple plumbing jobs
- Simple carpentry tasks, such as installing shelves, hooks, or closet rods
- Receive maintenance reports and work with management to resolve issues listed on the reports
- Ensuring tools and equipment are in working order and keeping the maintenance room in neat condition
More about you
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Minimum of 1 year of previous experience in general maintenance and repair for commercial facilities required
- Previous experience with general machinery preferred
- Basic math skills; ability to accurately account for inventory.
- Strong communication skills, including listening skills, and the ability to communicate with guests and respond to inquiries
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Physical requirements
- Frequent walking or standing throughout the venue for the entire length of the shift
- Ability to maintain one’s balance and maneuver between rows and narrow pathways
- Requires bending, stooping, and the ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds
- May be exposed to variable temperatures, including extreme heat and cold, depending on the season
- May be required to work in elevated areas
- May be required to work in confined and/or narrow spaces
