What will you do?
- Oversee inventory and estimates of beverage costs
- Assist with training and development of suite team members
- Inspect suites, kitchen, and storage areas to ensure that health and safety regulations are adhered to
- Properly receive and store all beverage deliveries
More about you
- Minimum of 2 years of previous hospitality and high-volume dining experience required
- Strong knowledge of food and wine
- Basic knowledge of cost control measures and profit and loss
- Ability to problem-solve and operate in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- No college degree required
Physical requirements
- Standing and walking for the entire length of the shift
- Ability to lift to 50 pounds
