Delaware North Sportservice is currently seeking a Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at Key Bank Center in Buffalo, NY. Pay
Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $60,406 – $74,600 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. What will you do?
- Direct oversight of all premium departments
- Contribute to business growth and profitability by effectively managing daily food and beverage operations, ensuring consistent adherence to quality, safety, and sanitation standards
- Develop and uphold a service-oriented management philosophy guiding all team members
- Responsible for team member scheduling, training, and professional development
- Maintain policy standards and foster a culture of accountability and responsibility
- Research, develop, and implement new policies and procedures that elevate service standards
- Address client requests and ensure compliance with company standards
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef, Restaurant Manager, and other stakeholders on menu planning and design; manage ordering and inventory processes; support cost control initiatives for labor and waste
