Pay
Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $168,700 – $231,900 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?
- Build and strengthen the client relationship with NASA, driving a shared vision to position Kennedy Space Center as Florida’s top attraction
- Direct and oversee departmental operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and exceptional quality and service standards
- Establish and enforce procedures for safety, compliance, employee and guest relations, internal controls, and asset security
- Lead and mentor department leaders in a complex union environment, fostering employee engagement, development, and a positive culture
- Monitor financial performance, control expenses, and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and long-term profitability
More about you
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of management experience at a senior level required, preferably in recreation, attractions, lodging, or retail
- Ability to pass NASA security clearance
- Prior experience with federal contracts is highly preferred
- Sound business judgment and determination
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
