What will you do?
- Assist with team member scheduling, ordering, receiving, and drink menu development to support efficient and creative beverage operations
- Support inventory and financial reporting tasks, including end-of-month counts and reconciliation
- Ensure compliance with all departmental policies and procedures, including safety and cleanliness standards
- Help train and coach team members, participate in counseling sessions, and assist with staffing level management based on business needs
- Monitor service areas, address guest needs, resolve issues, and ensure the venue is properly stocked and team appearance standards are met
More about you
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a minimum of 1 year of successful supervisory or management experience, preferably in a bar or restaurant setting
- Knowledge in bartending techniques, recipes, sanitation, and safety issues is highly preferred
- Basic math skills; ability to accurately account for cash and inventory
- Must be able to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer skills, including word-processing, spreadsheets, and e-mail required
