The opportunity
Delaware North’s Patina Group is hiring part-time Concessions Attendants to join our team at Hencraft at Hub Hall in Boston, Massachusetts. As a Concessions Attendant, you will be responsible for preparing and serving concession items while providing an excellent guest experience.
Please note this is a tipped position; the hourly minimum pay listed doesn’t include any potential tipped earnings.
Pay
$15.00 – $15.00 / hour

What will you do?
- Greet guests, communicate offerings, and answer any questions in a friendly manner
- Prepare and serve food and beverage items, following proper sanitation guidelines
- Participate in the set-up of the food service and counter area, arrange inventory, and notify the stand lead of any inventory shortages
- Maintain a clean appearance of the work area, including cleaning equipment
- Record all transactions via the point-of-sale system and maintain accurate cash count and balance banks at end of shift
More about you
- Previous cash handling experience
- Excellent guest service skills
- Basic math skills; ability to accurately count change and balance bank
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Physical requirements
- Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
- Ability to lift stock to 50 pounds occasionally
- May be required to work in narrow spaces or variable temperatures, depending on the season
