What will you do?
- Lead, motivate, and support Retail Cashiers
- Open and close retail locations as directed
- Train new Retail Cashiers on POS, merchandising standards, and customer engagement
- Assist retail management with the creation and maintenance of daily procedures and operations
- Assist with inventory control and loss prevention
- Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Regularly evaluate and maintain visual merchandising standards
More about you
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Previous experience leading in a retail space is preferred
- No experience or diploma required
Physical requirements
- Long-term standing, walking, bending, and reaching
- Repetitive lifting of up to 50 pounds
