Delaware Elevator is expanding rapidly, and we’re looking for experienced, driven professionals to join our Field Operations Team along the Eastern Seaboard. From high-rise installs to modernization projects, we’re tackling exciting challenges — and we need hands-on supervisors who are ready to lead crews, manage progress, and ensure top-tier performance and safety on every site.
Position Overview: Field Project Coordinator
This is a hybrid leadership role that blends project management, team supervision, and job site safety oversight — all while helping shape the future of vertical transportation.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise 3 to 5 installation crews (2-person teams)
- Oversee daily operations, track progress, and report on performance goals
- Attend project planning and progress meetings with general contractors
- Lead daily and weekly safety meetings, including toolbox talks
- Enforce Delaware Elevator and GC safety policies
- Submit accurate timekeeping and payroll documentation via SALUS (digital portal)
- Monitor and coordinate material/tool deliveries and site logistics
- Identify and help process change orders and deficiency reports
- Recognize and reward team members for meeting safety and performance targets
- Maintain organized, clean, and efficient job sites
- Handle occasional supply runs to ensure crews stay productive on-site
- Coordinate crew scheduling and coverage in collaboration with operations leadership
Qualifications
- Completion of OSHA 510 training
- Proficient with computers – especially email, Microsoft Office, and platforms like SALUS
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Experience supervising multiple teams and maintaining project timelines
- Ability to motivate teams while maintaining high standards of safety and productivity
- Ability to work a consistent 4-day, 10-hour workweek
