Position Overview
We’re actively seeking experienced CNC Mill Operators to join our high-performance team. In this role, you will program and operate 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC machines to produce complex tooling components with extreme precision. From complete setup and part alignment to close collaboration with our CAM team and shop floor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Program and run multi-axis CNC milling machines
- Perform setups and alignments with minimal supervision
- Communicate with CAM programmers and fellow machinists to coordinate job status and priorities
- Produce high-tolerance components using the most efficient machining strategies
- Select tooling, speeds, and feeds for optimal results
- Maintain an organized, detail-oriented approach to part completion
Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpretation
- Experience with PC operation and G-code programming
- Safety-conscious with effective communication and teamwork skills
- Completion of a Machine Trades program at a technical high school or 2-year college is a plus
