Position: Administrative Assistant
Salary: $17.99 per hour
Schedule: Monday thru Friday
- Locations: Walton, New York Full time
Job Summary: Provide administrative support for Day Program Services
Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Managing the team’s calendars and setting up reminders to keep track of deadlines for reports/paperwork/surveys (Agency, NYS, etc.)
- Maintain Program Files
- Ordering and monitoring office supplies and other materials
- Preparing documents for meetings
- Processing and directing mail and incoming packages or deliveries
- Writing emails on behalf of the team
- Preparing and processing invoices
- Entering/uploading data in Portal
Qualifications:
- Type 45 wpm
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 40 lbs.
- Must be able to prioritize, multitask, and manage busy schedules/deadlines
- Experience in MS Word
