- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems, machinery, and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform repairs and troubleshooting to identify issues accurately.
- Carry out tasks for repairs ensuring safety standards are met at all times.
- Execute projects to maintain the aesthetic quality of the facilities.
- Facilitate facilities maintenance projects including plumbing, carpentry, HVAC systems, and general repairs.
- Supervise or assist contractors during specialized maintenance or renovation projects when needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to internal requests for repairs or assistance.
- Maintain safety protocols and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations during maintenance activities.
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or manufacturing environments with a strong mechanical background.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
