What are the responsibilities and job description for the Locker Room Attendant - Calladora Spa position at DELAVAN LAKE LAWN MANAGEMENT LLC?
The Locker Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment throughout the spa's locker rooms and guest areas. This role plays a key part in delivering an exceptional guest experience by ensuring all facilities are well-stocked, sanitized, and ready for use at all times.
- Geet guests and assist with directing them to locker rooms and spa amenities.
- Provide attentive service to guests while they wait for scheduled treatments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of locker rooms, restrooms, showers, and common areas.
- Clean and sanitize showers, vanities, restrooms, and high-tough surfaces regularly.
- Stock and replenish towels, robes, toiletries, and other guest supplies.
- Maintain and refresh the downstairs waiting area to ensure a comfortable guest experience.
- Collect, wash, dry, fold and restock laundry items in a timely manner.
- Monitor facility conditions and report maintenance or supply needs as necessary.
- Uphold all spa standards for cleanliness, safety and guest service.
- Communicate to management any and all occurrences involving staff of guests in the spa that require attention.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by the Calladora Spa Manager.

Qualifications:- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift items (such as laundry and supplies) for extended periods
- Previous hospitality or spa experience preferred but not required.
- Weekend availability required, with potential to assist during the week depending on business need.
- Must be 18 years or older
