Your Roadmap Of Responsibilities
- Customer Welcome Wagon: Greet clients with enthusiasm and provide outstanding service from arrival to departure.
- Service Navigator: Assist customers in understanding their RV & motorhome servicing needs.
- Problem-Solving Mechanic: Transform customer concerns into actionable work orders for our skilled technicians.
- Communication Roadmap: Keep customers informed throughout the service process, ensuring they feel valued every mile of the way.
- Knowledge Fuel: Participate in training on new products and services to stay ahead of the curve.
- Relationship Builder: Maintain a follow-up system that encourages repeat business and builds lasting connections.
- Quality Control Driver: Ensure all RV & Motorhome work meets our high standards for safety and performance.
- Customer Satisfaction Advocate: Address complaints promptly to maintain a stellar Customer Service Index (CSI).
- Oversee and manage all warranty claims, including accurate processing, documentation, and timely submission to ensure compliance and reimbursement.
