Key Responsibilities
- Lead customer claim resolution initiatives by identifying root causes, implementing corrective actions, and driving continuous reduction in claims and service issues.
- Assist with rolling out the new SAP S/4HANA system implementation
- Oversee inventory control systems and warehouse operations to ensure accurate order fulfillment, inventory integrity, and on-time delivery performance.
- Train, coach, and motivate warehouse staff while fostering a positive, safety-focused, and team-oriented work environment built on fairness and accountability.
- Monitor, analyze, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to ensure operational efficiency, productivity, and achievement of company goals.
- Champion quality assurance, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiencies, reduce costs, and enhance overall warehouse performance.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- High school diploma required
- 5 years supervising employees
- 5 working in a warehouse
- Understanding of ISO Certification standards
- Experience in Lean methodology is preferred
- Experience in SAP is strongly preferred
- Problem solving and root cause analysis skills
- Ability to read, write and speak English
- Understanding of OHSA standards
- Ability to drive forklifts with standard heights on 18 feet
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand on feet 8 hours daily
