Location: Delamar Hotel & Spa – Southport, CT
Delamar Southport, a luxury hotel and spa destination, is seeking a Part-Time Spa Coordinator to join our exceptional team. We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented, and professional individual who is passionate about the spa and wellness industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet all spa guests with warmth and professionalism
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Schedule and maintain spa appointments and process cancellations
- Promote and sell retail products to enhance the guest experience
- Handle monetary transactions and operate POS system
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and welcoming spa environment
What We’re Looking For:
- A personable and customer-focused attitude
- Passion for the spa/wellness industry
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as required
- Previous experience in hospitality or spa reception preferred, but not required
