DELA WOMEN'S HEALTH

Marketing & Operations Coordinator
Pleasant Grove, UT • Part-time – up to 20 hrs/week • $30 - $38/hr DOE
ABOUT DELA
Dela Women's Health is a growing women's health clinic dedicated to supporting women through every stage – from pregnancy and postpartum to menopause and hormone wellness. We're passionate about building a community around women's wellbeing, and we need a creative, organized, and energetic person to help us grow.
THE ROLE
This is a marketing-focused operations role for someone who loves getting out into the community, building relationships, and finding creative ways to spread the word about Dela. You won’t be managing our social media – we have that covered – but you’ll be the driving force behind everything else: local outreach, partnerships, email campaigns, events, and the systems that keep it all running. You’ll also serve as a key ideas resource for our social media team, sharing insights and brainstorming concepts that keep Dela visible and relevant. Think of yourself as our community connector and marketing engine.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Community & Partnerships
- Build relationships with local businesses, gyms, studios, and influencers
- Attend community events and represent Dela in the local area
- Distribute flyers and coordinate vendor fair opportunities
- Pitch, negotiate, and manage brand collaborations
Email & CRM
- Build and manage the patient and clinic email database
- Create and send email campaigns for promotions and events
- Optimize automated appointment texts and reminders
Marketing Strategy
- Brainstorm and bring new ideas for reaching potential patients
- Contribute content ideas and marketing insights to our social media manager
- Identify upsell and retention opportunities for existing patients
- Plan seasonal campaigns and special promotions
Events & Outreach
- Research and coordinate local events worth attending
- Help plan Dela’s own events and milestone moments
- Manage outreach to clinics, rec centers, and community bulletin boards
- Keep outreach efforts organized and follow up consistently
Note on social media: This role does not manage or create social media content - we have a dedicated social media manager for that. However, your marketing ideas and community insights will directly shape what our team puts out.
YOU'RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU
- Love women’s health, wellness, or community-building
- Are a natural networker who loves building relationships in the community
- Can take initiative and follow through without being micromanaged
- Have experience with email marketing, outreach, or community partnerships
- Are comfortable cold-reaching a potential collaborator or showing up to a local event
- Are highly organized and can juggle multiple outreach efforts at once
- Have strong written communication skills
- Can think on your feet and problem-solve in the moment – whether that's navigating a tricky outreach conversation or finding creative ways to engage a hard-to-reach community
- Are excited to leverage AI tools to work smarter and more efficiently – whether that's drafting outreach, brainstorming ideas, or streamlining repetitive tasks
- Experience with EMR/EHR systems is a plus, not required
WHAT WE OFFER
- $30–$38/hour depending on experience, part-time up to 20 hours per week
- A mission-driven, supportive team environment
- Real ownership of your work - your ideas actually get used
- Opportunity to grow with the clinic as we expand (ask about our expansion plans)
- Flexible scheduling
- Some training as needed
- Discounts on certain treatments such as hormone testing, nutrition, botox, GLP-1’s, etc.
HOW TO APPLY
Send your resume and a short note about why you’d be a great fit to rock@delawomenshealth.com. Bonus points if you include one outreach or partnership idea you’d bring to Dela, but not required.
