Responsibilities
- Ensure all permit deliverables and documentation are distributed to the appropriate stakeholder in a timely manner.
- Track application progress and maintain accurate internal records of permit status.
- Serve as the primary point of contact with local government officials and municipal offices.
- Represent the company professionally while maintaining positive working relationships with all parties.
- Coordinate communication between internal teams and government agencies.
- Follow up on pending applications, corrections, and approvals.
- Escalate delays or issues to the Licensing Specialist when necessary.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for permits and related
- documentation.
- Support compliance deadlines and ensure required documentation is completed.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Professional communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Comfortable interacting with government offices and officials.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in email communication and basic office software (Google Workspace or Microsoft Office).
- Previous administrative, permitting, compliance, or coordination experience preferred but not required.
- Hourly Pay DOE: $18-20
