Job Summary
Location: 6892 W Snowville Rd near Brecksville
Eligibility: Valid SSN and legal work authorization required.
Schedule: 5:00 AM – 9:00 AM daily.
Job Duties:
Scan packages and write the corresponding number on each package.
Pay: $0.065 per package. Paid weekly. Nearly 18$/hr
Performance Expectation: Must work efficiently and maintain accurate scanning.

Responsibilities
- Safely operate equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cranes, pallet jacks, and order pickers to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse
- Manage inventory control by accurately stocking, picking, packing, and organizing products using RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Assist with shipping and receiving activities to ensure timely dispatch and receipt of goods in accordance with company procedures
- Conduct regular stock checks and inventory management tasks to maintain accurate records and prevent discrepancies
- Support warehouse distribution operations by loading and unloading trucks efficiently while adhering to OSHA safety standards
- Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues and perform routine maintenance when necessary
- Collaborate with team members to fulfill customer orders promptly through order picking, packing, and order fulfillment processes
Skills
- Proven experience in warehouse operations with a strong understanding of inventory management and control techniques
- Ability to operate heavy equipment including reach trucks, forklifts, cranes, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely and effectively
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems such as AS400 or similar platforms for tracking inventory and order processing
- Mechanical aptitude with knowledge of packaging materials, heavy lifting techniques, and materials handling best practices
- Prior warehouse supervisor or leadership experience is a plus for supporting team coordination
- Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations related to warehouse environments and heavy equipment operation
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in stock management and order accuracy
- Ability to perform physical tasks involving heavy lifting and prolonged standing or walking throughout shifts
