Job Overview
Sales Leader role in the company that drives growth, retention, and strategic alignment with Key Accounts as well as OEMs. This role integrates commercial, technical, and operational leadership to strengthen customer relationships, ensure performance excellence, and expand market presence in engineered flexible metal tubing solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their business objectives and aligning our solutions accordingly
  • Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms, ensuring mutual benefit and strengthening client loyalty
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts through proactive outreach, warm calling, and market analysis
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to develop customized proposals that address client needs effectively
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless experience for clients
  • Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track account activity, forecast sales, and analyze client data for strategic insights
  • Provide leadership within your team by sharing best practices, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to overall sales strategy development

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in engineering, business, or industrial technology (MBA preferred).
  • Credible technically and commercially so that one earns and maintains trust from engineers, procurement personnel, and other key contacts.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and self-regulating whereby one manages long-cycle, complex industrial sales processes.
  • 10- years in industrial sales or key account management. (HQ level preferred)
  • Demonstrated skills in achieving sales and budget goals.
  • Ability to effectively implement sales and marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to interface and demonstrate leadership both internally and externally.
  • High-energy initiative-taker as well as collaborator.
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate cross functionally within the company and the customer.
  • Demonstrated commitment to building strong business relationships with customers.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and process requirements.
  • Strong organizational skills where capturing and maintaining valuable information as well as proactively thinking through next actions and closing those actions.

Pay: $135,125.19 - $165,387.32 per year
