Responsibilities:
- Execute the sales process in the area of focus and meet the assigned goal.
- Make calls to prospects entering the system to sell a Del Toro Franchise.
- Study the profile of candidates before scheduling "In-Person" interviews.
- Manage databases to identify potential clients in their area of focus. Carry out cross-selling with clients who have already purchased policies by implementing email campaigns.
- Monitor the execution of the sales process while maintaining control over timelines.
- Research the market in the area of focus. Propose different actions based on market characteristics.
- Update the Soffront System according to the progress or need for follow-up of each process.
- Evaluate the brand impact within the area of focus.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in franchise sales or related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently
