Del Sol Roofing is looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Construction Bookkeeper / Office Assistant to join our growing team.
Requirements:
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• QuickBooks experience required
• Strong computer and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office
• Construction or roofing industry experience preferred
Responsibilities:
• Enter bills, receipts, and customer payments
• Bank and credit card reconciliations
• Accounts payable & accounts receivable
• Customer collections and payment follow-ups
• Assist with supplier/vendor payments
• Track permits, deposits, draws, and commissions
• Help with job costing and office paperwork
• General office and administrative support
We are looking for someone dependable, motivated, and comfortable handling multiple jobs and deadlines.
